Shipping Policy

Next Day Shipping

All orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped the following day. Any orders placed on weekend days will be shipped the following Monday. Any shipments placed on a statutory holiday will ship the next open business day.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We ship using ground courier. Shipments within British Columbia generally arrive in 2-3 business days once the order has shipped. Outside BC, allow up to 5 business days.

Do You Ship International?

Some of our products are available for international delivery. Vital Oxide disinfectant is for sale within Canada only. For international orders, please call us at 1-888-92-VITAL to place an order over the phone from 9 – 5 PST.
